On Jan 1, 2009 I decided to take the forum in a new direction so it more closely follows what I intend to use it for.

Primarily, I will be using this to support my artwork and any discussions related to strips and individual works.

The 'showcase strip' will be the already started Abe Sird & Simper comic strip.

I will also be posting other artwork and images as I get them done.

Please note that the link in the current images is incorrect. I will change those links as soon as I have time to do so.

Eventually I will be updating this welcome message and getting it into a final form..

Update: June 9, 2009

Well, nothing's been happening here for quite a while.

Not too surprisingly, real life has taken odd new directions and I've changed my goals yet again.

Mostly, that has consisted of writing instead of working or art realted things.

I still have plans for the strip, and would like, someday, to do an animated short. With that in mind, I've been searching for 'the perfect free animation software', and so far the best I've found seems to be one called 3D Canvas. I've looked at it a little, and it looks like it will do most of what I want, so someday I plan on adding memory to the computer and starting to play with it more seriously.

Other than that, feel free to wander what's here and make comments.

And please, I don't mind it you tell your friends about the forum. I could use all the help I can get to get this thing off the ground!
